Glenn Paton is an accomplished advertising professional, known for combining strategic clarity with creative instinct. With a career spanning multiple sectors and disciplines, Glenn has built a reputation for delivering work that not only resonates culturally but drives meaningful commercial impact. He has been part of strengthening agencies creative output for over 20 years, procuring great directors and unearthing new talent as well as finding new ways of working to tackle unusual or challenging briefs across all media.
Originally from a journalism background, Glenn started at the advertising agency, Mother. He became Producer at BBH and then took up the position as Grey London’s first Head of Film.
Glenn decided to start directing with his debut short film H Positive which received acclaim and festival laurels at Cannes, Berlin and Raindance amongst others. He was nominated for Cannes Young Director of the Year and has directed music videos for Chase & Status, Katy B and Frank Turner, as well as commercial films for Patek Philippe, Ballentine’s and Amazon through Ridley Scott Associates.
In his role now as Managing Partner at the independent agency Leagas Delaney, Glenn oversees all production and is accountable for company operations, including organisational structure, workflow optimisations, P&L management and leadership.
